Extended description
OpenMSP is the solution designed to drive the digitization of Public Administrations. The software acts as a Multi Services Portal for simplified and interoperable access to national data.
Key features include:
- PDND Interoperability: Direct and updated consultation of main national databases via the National Digital Data Platform.
- App IO Integration: Sending single or bulk messages to citizens, with active user verification and pagoPA integration.
- ANPR: Detailed consultation of personal details, residence, citizenship, family status, and marriage records.
- Digital Domicile: Consultation and verification of INAD (individuals), INI-PEC (companies/professionals), and IPA (PA).
- INPS and CCIAA: Access to ISEE, DURC, and full Chamber of Commerce records.
- Other Databases: Integration with ANIS (higher education) and ANIST (higher education).
The system allows for granular management of operator permissions and dynamic updates according to new APIs released on the PDND
